Officially Aisleyne has it's origins as the 'AshFans' forum, the first of several forums started by Aisleyne's supporters in the summer of 2006 during, and immediately after, her appearance in Big Brother 7.

Touched by this show of support, Aisleyne said she'd offer the earliest fan forum the opportunity to become her officially recognised fan site.

So in December 2006, 'AshFans', supported by 'Aisleyne Ghetto Princess', another of the fan forums, became Officially Aisleyne, the official fan site.

In June 2007, with Aisleyne's career going from strength to strength, Aisleyne adopted Officially Aisleyne as her official web site, controlled and underwritten by Aisleyne Limited, her own management company.

At the same time the 'Fakers', by far the largest and most active of Aisleyne's original fan forums, accepted Aisleyne's invitation to merge its forum into her official site.

Former 'AshFans' and 'Fakers' members are still responsible for the administration of Officially Aisleyne's popular forum, a key part of the site.
