The Daily Mail and the Sun's Fabulous Magazine were also somewhat distracted from the catwalk action by Aisleyne's audacious style.

Among many other celebs attending were ex-boxer Chris Eubank, TOWIE's Lauren Pope and Aisleyne's BB pal Nikki Grahame. Aisleyne's Twitter followers noted that she was especially excited to meet X-factor's Amy Mottram.

Aisleyne didn't stay for the after-party, as she was filming next day, but she did manage to collect her goody-bag before departure!

Also attending was her pal Bianca Gascoigne and the two girls were snapped by the Daily Mail who commented on how their black-and-white outfits complemented each other. Aisleyne went for an elegant look in a white sheath dress and black Louboutins.

Other celebrities attending included Liz McClarnon, Lizzie Cundy, and an assortment of stars from Made in Chelsea, TOWIE and X-Factor.

In an exclusive entertainment session co-hosted by Alesha Dixon, Aisleyne and the other guests enjoyed knockout live performances by Spice Girl Melanie C and Beverley Knight, and JLS star Marvin Humes manned the decks.

It was quite a party, and even better, a substantial sum exceeding £25,000 was raised for Cancer Research.

Aisleyne modelled a variety of stunning creations by the Boutique, Epping as she "strutted her stuff" to quote the Daily Mail's captions, which also noted that "the reality star pulled a variety of impressive poses on the catwalk".

As well as Aisleyne and several of the TOWIE cast like Jessica Wright and Billie Faiers, the event was also attended by celebs such as Simon Webbe, Rylan Clarke and DJ Ironik.

Aisleyne was given the honour of presenting one of the awards, won by X-Factor, and dressed accordingly in a black and white paisley-pattern dress and black shoes, and an elegant updo. For her plus-one she invited along her BB7 rival and Coach Trip partner Nikki Grahame, who joined Aisleyne onstage for the presentation.

Others attending included Sinitta, Camilla Dallerup, Kitty Brucknell and Lisa Scott-Lee.

To match such a "fun and trendy" product, Aisleyne went for a "fun and trendy" look herself, in an eye-popping black and white two-piece outfit of shorts and top. Aisleyne invited a girlfriend who she knew was a Jodeci fan as her guest for the evening.

Other guests included Aisleyne's old pal Bianca Gascoigne (recently returned from Australia), Tyson Beckford, Wretch 32 and JLS, though the highlight for Aisleyne was meeting X-factor's Jahmene Douglas, who returned the admiration by tweeting "nice to have finally met you".

After a catwalk show and being presented with their goody bags, Aisleyne and the other VIP guests were escorted to their seats in the Wembley Arena to enjoy 'The Show Tour', a live R&B concert, sponsored by BassBuds, and featuring Jodeci, SWV, Blackstreet, Dru-Hill plus many more, and hosted by comedian Eddie Kadi.

In her autobiography Aisleyne recalls attending a Jodeci concert at the very same venue during those difficult hostel days. What a dramatic contrast between the guns and gangs of those times, and the glamour of this occasion.
