TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

These terms and conditions of use (“Site Terms”) apply to your use of this website (the “Site”), and do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Aisleyne Limited, its subsidiaries or affiliates.

You are solely responsible for any and all attachments that you post. Please remember that Aisleyne Limited does not actively monitor the posted messages and is not responsible for their content. After you register and log into the forum, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information Aisleyne Limited deems inaccurate or vulgar may be removed. Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from the forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aisleyne Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, third party information providers and independent contractors against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses arising out of or related to any User Content that you post, store or otherwise transmit on or through the Site, your conduct, your use or inability to use the Site, your breach or alleged breach of the Site Terms or of any representation or warranty contained herein, your unauthorized use of the Officially Aisleyne Content, or your violation of any rights of another.

8. Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms, Aisleyne Limited reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your account and/or to block your use of the Site.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and both you and Aisleyne Limited hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any of these terms and conditions are determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the application of any law, such provisions shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remainder shall continue to have full force and effect. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

10. Changes to Site Terms

Aisleyne Limited reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in the Site Terms or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and at its sole discretion. When Aisleyne Limited makes changes, the “last updated” date at the top of the Site Terms will be revised. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. Any waiver of any provision of the Site Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Aisleyne Limited.
