Aisleyne was one of the 16 British reality stars who flew to Argentina in September 2022 to film 'The Challenge: UK' which was hosted by Mark Wright.

On 25th February 2023 'The Challenge: UK' premiered globally on Paramount+, the home of 'The Challenge' franchise, having previewed on Channel 5 in the days immediately beforehand. The Challenge is a long running reality show, particularly popular in North America. The first series premiered in June 1998, with 38 seasons broadcast before 'The Challenge: UK'.

Celebrities competed in mixed pairs and for the first episode Aisleyne partnered with TOWIE's James Lock.
