Hey guys

Thanks for following another year of my journey.

As 2025 approaches, and I'm looking back at the past 12 months, it's safe to say that I'm not going to be sad to see the back of 2024. When I was hosting a Christmas Day Dinner for a handful of close friends last year, I could never have imagined that I would lose two of them at such young ages by sudden illness midway through this past year. Life is so short....

There have been plenty of highlights, though! I will remember the photoshoot in Brazil, my girlfriend's wedding week in Malta and spending quality time back with my Mexican friends.

On the property side things are going well, though with ups and downs as happens. I'm currently purchasing another flat which I have yet to see, which seems to the trend with me. On the other hand, one of my flats was among a number of properties flooded in November when the Thames Water main supply for the district burst. My tenants lost a lot of belongings and have had to be rehoused for 3 months while their home is dried out and restored.

Unfortunately all of this has affected my availability for media activities this year, apart from some TV appearances and the usual magazine interviews. I was gutted when forced to turn down a TV series as I couldn't be available for all the required filming dates. However, I will always find time for my Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother columns, I really enjoy them, especially stirring things up a bit!

New Years resolution - delegate more!
