£27.22 now. Can anyone explain why.  You need one hell of a dividend to make her a good buy now.

Beats me.

As an Aisleyne fan it sure is fun to her price rise to such stratospheric levels, and overtake Kate Winslett to be 86th highest price on Celebdaq. But, as you say, prem, in cold investment terms her current level of dividend (not helped by the new counting system) just doesn't support this price surge.

Aisleyne still rising at £26.62
The Queen dropping at £28.37

Only £1.75 between them. Could they pass each other today??

Betty Battenberg (aka The Queen)
Share price £27.98
Potential Dividend £8.35

Aisleyne Horgan Wallace (aka Ghetto Princess)
Share price £28.06
Potential Dividend 56p

I like it, but I don't get it!

85th highest price on Celebdaq. Next stop Bono £29.23!

Now I get it! It's the BBC taking their revenge on the Queen.

I've cheekily started a thread on this on DS:BB

Cue lots of people decrying Celebdaq's ability to accurately measure celebrity status

Shame it wasn't Prince Charles. Only thread titles containing the word "Charley" seem to stay on page 1 these days.

Sorry, can't help with a bump, I've never registered on DSBB.

Her price is probably going to break £29 today as well!

There was a curiously poetic juxtaposition in a recent top movers snapshot. it was the following four together:-

Myleene
The Queen
Aisleyne
Avril Lavigne

That's a bit odd, because the move to £29.79 was actually down from £29.87.

Hopefully, after the dividends are doled out at midnight, it'll shoot back up and beyond £30.

Breaking the £30 barrier would lead one to start thinking the unthinkable.

Aisleyne's highest ever share price was £36.97, which I assume happened during that amazing period leading up the final, and when Aisleyne's highest dividend reached £6.31.

I don't know the precise date unfortunately, but it's pretty much a full year ago. We're coming up to the equivalent period in BB8, and who do we see steaming through Celebdaq once more?

ASHALEEEEEEEEEEN!

It's quite something for her share price one year on to be in the same ballpark as it was then; it would utterly staggering if it was even higher.

Aisleyne is 83rd highest price, having passed Bono and Freema Agyeman.

If her price were to keep climbing to the all-time high of £36.97 she would pass the following miscellaneous bunch en-route - Denise Van Outen, Bruce Willis, Jodie Marsh, Pink and Gary Lineker!

Hmm, fair bit of selling this morning - price has dropped from high of £30.55 to £30.09 now.

I guess the £30 mark has spooked the market a bit and prompted some profit taking.

Her price has dipped below £30 now. However, the dividends have now been calculated for this week and she made the list...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/celebdaq/news/dividends/2007/07/20/47334.shtml

Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace : 0.5615
Jessica Alba : 0.5614
Michael Moore : 0.5613
Snoop Dogg : 0.5613

Poor Jessica, beaten by Ash on Brian's T-shirt of women he fancies and now on Celebdaq too.

One day into the new Celebdaq week, and Aisleyne is already showing a dividend of 72p! Perhaps that might encourage people to hold onto her shares, as her price has dropped to £28.94...

That 72p might not be a reliable figure, of course - the "Friday Effect" can do funny things. Check out Brian's score as well to gauge that. AND it's a poor return for the amount of column inches in that item - I do so HATE the "mentions" system!!

I'm really not that bothered about the price drop - it's still way way up there in the Celebdaq stratosphere.

The dividend is now showing at 46p, which is probably now a "true reading". Brian's is £1.24.

Aisleyne's share price is now £27.88.

Hopefully, today's brief mention in the Daily Star will boost her dividend a bit and raise her share price. It's currently at £27.27...

Looks like they've added it now (or is it today's?), as her dividend is currently 56p. Just in time, as her share price has dropped a bit to £25.51.
