I'm waiting for you Celebdaq nvestors to push Aisleyne's share price past the £9 mark, seems suddenly to be geting very close......
I just spent my dividend payment and bought a lot of shares, including 4000 of Aisleyne's. |

| While share price can be a rather misleading performance indicator, it is nevertheless interesting to note that of the 432 quoted celebs on the 'daq, Aisleyne now has the 131st highest price. The following table shows those with similar share prices.

As a result of today's Daily Star coverage, Aisleyne is now showing a dividend of 50p. However, as we have seen in previous weeks the Friday figure can be very misleading, so it may well be Monday or even Tuesday (depending also on any further weekend "mentions" of course) before we see the "true" figure.
Celebdaq are showing a dividend of 32p now...

The Celebdaq homepage always features the 5 biggest movers over the previous 7 days.
It's a running measure so doesn't stay the same for long, but as of few moments ago the top 5 were
Britney S
BB8 Nicky
Sven G-E
Paris H
and
a certain Aisleyne H-W

Same top three now, but Paris Hilton has been replaced by Andrew Murray and Aisleyne by BB8 Chanelle.

| Today's Guardian article should certainly earn her a large dividend, as it contains lots of mentions of her name and it's in a broadsheet too. Perhaps this is what has prompted this buying frenzy? |

Aisleyne's share price is £5.91 this morning.
As predicted, her dividend has adjusted downwards but so far only by 3p to 53p, so there does indeed seem to be a significant "mystery mention" (either a double mention or maybe two more separate mentions ) somewhere in Friday's press. I'm not plugged into Pressdisplay, shouldn't that have produced the goods for us? Strange. But in a good way.
PS £5.92. Someone's been buying this morning.
That was her previous appearance in a Charlie Brooker Guardian article...

Don't think that was it, maringo. That Charlie Brokker mention was on Saturday 9th June, whereas the "mystery mention" was from Friday 8th.
Anyhoo, should be a good return from today's Guardian. Aisleyne's share price has risen again overnight to £10.24 and she's back at No3 in the 7-day movers. Only Andrew Murray and Serena Williams (NB Wimbledon this week!) are ahead of her.

| My theory is that Celebdaq investors looking for BB8 shares see Aisleyne's name at the top of the TV list and just can't resist buying some shares for old time's sake. Also there's a bit of momentum investing going on. Unfortunately, there's a lot of truth in the old adage "the higher the climb . . . " I have 65% of my stock in Ash at the moment and it's becoming increasingly tempting to cash in. Unfortunately, loyalty dictates otherwise . . so I guess I will be riding the Celebdaq rollercoaster this week. |
