Welcome to the site, therealrasta and gilette.

Hopefully, Aisleyne will come online later and give her sponsorship page one last plug before tomorrow's run...

Awwwwww, that would be good. If anyone still hasnt sponsered her, please do. Its such an amazing cause and it would mean a lot to Ash.
Just wanna say: Ash, we're all really proud of you. Keep smiling, our superstar. xxxxxxxxxxxxx

As you will all know I have been exteemly busy the last week and a bit, which is great but means I dont get on OA as often as I would like I am here now and for the rest of the afternoon though

Guys, I am sorry that I have not been on Invincible for weeks now, there are a number of reasons, firstly I have been away for two Thursdays as you know, Glastonbury then Ibiza, and now this Thursday I have an event to attend. Also, there are many technical problems at Invincible and until Prince Diamond is back from New York and can sort them out, its a bit long for me to go there to do show without being sure if its transmitting, worrying about the sound, not having a call screener and all sorts of techy things that I just cant do myself....Please dont think I am bailing out, I only do it so I can comunicate with you guys. I will defo be there on the 19th as I have a special guest booked in to interview, next week is still up in the air as I dont know where I will be just yet.

Ok onto fun things....

As you all know I completed the 10k run on Sunday I must admit I was very proud of my achievement, it was hard especially where I hadn't been able to practice but I did it and in great time too, I think it was about 1 hour 10mins!!
I ran the first 3k then hurt my foot so walked for a bit then started running again, then someone threw their water to the side of the road and ended up getting me in the stomach and winding me, lol I had to sit down for a few min's it was such an amazing feeling to finish though....wow
Lisa finished just a few min's behind me and then we went to a boat on the Embankment on the river Thames to celebrate We then went to Camden to celebrate some more.....YIPEEEEEEE, we had done it and it was all for Lisa, and my Uncle.......and other Brain Tumor Sufferers.

May I take this opportunity to thank all of you who supported me and sponsored me on this very important occasion, thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all your donations and kind words of support. may I ask that you always think of Brain Tumor when making donations or talking of charities, the more people talking about this great charity the more great things that can happen as a result.
xx

Glastonbury

Well, what a mad crazy place, and I say that with great affection. It was amazing, fun brilliant cold and WET!!!

I met so many cool people including some of the BB behind the sceen team from last year. I also met Dizzy Rascal, do you remember?? FIX UP LOOK SHARP, in the diary room? I wonder if that's on U-tube, anyhow, he knew that I had quoted his lyrics in BB, how cool is that
I saw this guy perform who I wrote about in my Guardian Diary but they didn't print it, his name is Scroobious PIP you can catch him on myspace and U-tube, very cool poet who raps his work....BRILL
I stayed in a tent the first night, I had to do it native styleee!!! But when I woke up crying and soaked to the core I decided to head to the cottage that the Guardian had provided instead
The highlight for me was getting backstage to see the Marley Brothers perform.....AMAZING

Then straight from Glasto on Sunday I headed to Faces to see the BB Boys Djing, it was so nice to catch up with Spiral and reminisce about last year and all the things we used to say and a few of the songs he used to sing to me FUNNY.

Tuesday was Leo's Showcase, it was brill, he is very talented, and can really hold a note live on stage. Straight from there, with no sleep I jumped on a plane to Ibiza but please don't envy me as it was all work and no play Then Left Friday morning and bumped into my mate Harvey form So Solid on the plane, he is so funny. Went straight to audition for sky TV but am sure I didn't get it as by then I was so tiered and not on form at all Keep fingers and toes crossed for me peeps

As you will know by now I am popping into Show off TV for a 20 min practice run tomorrow, I will be there from 10 am and prob go on air about 1030 11ish, so if any of you can watch or even better call in I would love to have a chat.....

Ok off to answer some Q's now, WOW its so rainy and scarey thunder today, so glad I am all cozy indoors with you guys.
