This involves a temporary return to ghetto-chic for Ash, I guess. Perhaps some of those very early pics in her biography gallery might provide Wardrobe with some inspiration...

Location: Scottish Borders | She got a lot more time than I thought she would. I don't see any reason why he wouldn't use her again on a future programme? Loved it when she had a little fit of the giggles right at the end. Chalk up another successful TV appearance. |

Mind you didnt like that bit with the "yoof" saying that the reason over-35s watch Skins is because they are all paedos. I watch Skins. I'm over 35 |

| I thought the best non-Aisleyne part of the programme was Charlie's review of "the Tudors".
In particular, I thought that his summation of Catherine of Aragon as a "Spanish MILF" ranks as "history in a nutshell" alongside Bill and Ted's description of Napoleon as a "short dead dude" |

| Watching those video clips again a couple of times, it seems to me that Aisleyne shows real comic timing and talent there. I don't know how much was down to her own instinct and how much to her response to good direction, but however it came about the result was quite awesome - and unnervingly authentic! That "Chav-leyne" character is a gem, and I hope we see and hear more from her.
My mind keeps returning to Paul Flynn's description in the Guardian during BB7 - "the formidable and potentially fantastic Aisleyne". How right he was!

| I hope Charlie's not facing the chop in the latest round of BBC job cuts. I have heard that BBC4 programmes are a potential target. The two of them make a good double act, all the more so because few would expect them to get on so well. Of course, it could all be in the editing for all we know. |
