| Im not sure if Ais is trying to get people to phone in but there has only been one phone in so far..she has introduced some topics to talk about.....is anybody phoning in I wonder and not getting an answer or has everyone actually gone mute and not phoning...wish I could clarify this point...?? |

| Lisa Connell interview. Brian Tumour UK plugging, her sponsored run that Aisleyne and Michael are doing too. Training 8 km, so far (run is 10 km). Aisleyne training isn't going so well. Fancy dress for the run, no need to run. |

| Ais said she loves that Akon Tune.
Saying hi to Lisa. Said Lisa going through rough time right now..diagonosed with brain tumour last couple of years...Ais wants to raise awareness for Brain Tumour UK.
Lisa said she has had down times. Lisa doing 8 k and needs to get up to 10 k for the race. Ais said she herself cant run around the block despite training.

Lisa said, its a fun run, its the cause , walk run whatever, get dressed up for it. Lisa said she was stressing herself and not been able to walk at times. Ais said, you are an inspiration you can do more than me girl...talking to Lisa
10k is 6 miles, fast walking and running ..Lisa feet are blistered ....Aisleyne said she has blisters from high heels not running...Ais said she will do the run non matter what..and get to the end..
Lisa left her job some years back and went to Thailand and had the time of her life.
When she came back from Thailand was diagnosed with illness.
Ais saying she would want to open a company if she had any ideas...
Lisa obviously talking about opening company but nobody wants to take risk with her...probably due to her illness.
Starting course this September, said Lisa might be hairdressing. Ais says, hey you can do mine babe, go into doing weddings etc. make up etc. 755 pounds has been donated to myspace to Lisas cause for Brain Tumour....
Aisleyne says her myspace is not private as according to the newspapers nothing in her life is private these days  ( sound on this programme is dreadful..cant hear it all to type  )
Ais said her uncle diagnosed 10 years ago with brain tumour and there is not enough knowledge about all this so the cause is dear to her as well as the fact that she is supporting the cause for Lisa.
Onto lighter subject one of the listeners wants to know what is one of Ais worst habits...Lisa mentiones picking and flicking..(Nose)
St Patricks day mentioned is on Saturday.
Aisleynes worst habit...Lisa said does not think Ais has any, Ais said what about giving her number to random guys.

Some have made suggestions to Ais that Lisa should come on the show full time.
Blowing strawberries...thats what Lisa has been doing..

( Great this track...the second line is Lily saying about her little brother in his bedroom smoking weed)...We just covered that about young children and weed...tut tut..

lol...it would be a lot easier if there was less interference and theres a lot of chat away from the microphones so its so hard to pick it up and feel you have the main points...oh well....we can only write what we hear...  |

Ais said she is all for liberating women but not ones with hairy armpits..shes talking bout someone with hairy armpits.. said this person is talented but is bothered about lack of hygeine...Kate bush had hairy armpits on her album cover....
