| Just to let you all know that I am alive and kicking, albeit a slow kicking motion..lol. I have an appointment with physio and X-ray department tomorrow and then doctors check up will be next Friday. Today has been very bad for me in the pain department and I had to cancel some filming I was booked to do for sky showbiz news, so sorry to all those with investments in my name but there was no way I was up for it. My radio show is tomorrow as U will all know, if it was in my house I would do it but as its in east London and my hospital appointments are at 3:30 and 4:30 so the truth is I'm not sure I will make it It all depends on wether or not I get a lift from my pal. I am not sure either way just yet, sorry to be a pain!! I will have clare post a bulletin tomorrow.

| I know how bad it can feel when your in pain but I also know how strong you are and you will soon bounce back to stick two fingers up and poke your tongue out at the pain. Then things will go better for you then ever before. I hope another magic kiss makes the pain go quicker.
