Look to the bottom of the Sun homepage, do you see a familar skirt appear a couple of times?

http://www.thesun.co.uk/

Look at the Women section and see if this jogs your memory...

http://www.thesun.co.uk/section/0,,2001290023,00.html

Here's the direct link to the gallery, led by this mysterious blonde!

http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2004070003-2007130761,00.html

She also features in the accompanying poll, but I'm slightly unsure how to vote! Especially since I don't wear skirts... honest!

PS. You may have noticed that I didn't use the article's title for the title of this thread. I was a bit worried what people would think!

Yes, maringo, you "skirted" round the title quite neatly there.

Great to see Ash being featured by the Sun again (specially as they left her out of their Candy gallery last week - too "Daily Star" for them I thought). Is this article in the paper as well? And the "woman" font looks very like the banner for Woman magazine - is that co-incidence or might we expect something there as well? Just a thought.

Also great to see her featured so prominently in a FASHION story yet again; that's very much where I like to see her - both for her career's sake and I reckon she's the perfect antidote to the size zero thing (as Closer mag hinted at the other week). More fashion shoots for "Hi-fash-leyne" we cry!

PLUS while they've used an old MOBO picture, that's good because on the Sunwoman banner Ash and Jordan are shown next to each other both wearing Lamis Khamis skirts. Note that Jordan's is very similar to Ash's Click one.

(Blimey - I sound all knowledgable about fashion and designers and whatnot there don't I? Aisleyne, what have you DONE to me?)

All in all, an excellent start to the week.

Do you think I should offer Maringo a kilt?

Yes Jordan wears Lamis designs as you rightly point out. Actually I saw a documentary about Jordan where she buys new skirts and gets a big pair of scissors and cuts them even shorter ! so she was probably grateful when Lamis came along as at least she designs skirts shorter than short and they certainly did,nt do Aisleyne any harm. Just an edited extra...I really think you have to be slim to wear minis...they just dont look right on say ..Emma Bunton...mind you thats only a personal opinion...(god those cheeky girls are damm ugly... )

They've rectified that now with a second gallery...

http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2004580002-2007130281,00.html

And this happened after I "had my say".

Anyway, nobody has answered the Sun's question. What do you reckon? Is 10 inches too short?

As long as it's longer than 10 inches. I don't want to be caught short!

Why does it say "Giliam 1/2 cut digital" under Ash's first picture on that second Sun 'Candy' slideshow?

Is it something technical to do with the photo, or a reference to the lack of sobriety of the photographee?

All the other captions are the name of a photographer/agency, so I assume it's the case with the Aisleyne pictures. Maybe the photographer was half cut too?

Anyway, I reckon she could definitely do with a long skirt in those pictures!

The second derriere shot says "Focus pictures" under it.

I've squinted and I've squinted, but it seems in perfect focus to me.

Michelle B DEFINITELY looks half-cut!

So if the SUN database has put the supplying agency in the subject name field, does that mean that the royalty cheques will have been made out to the subjects. If so Ash's cheque will be twice the amount of the others! Yippee!

If you mean the "Is 10 inches too short" one ...

... no-one's ever complained to me.

It's not in the paper. Not even a website plug, like there was for the "porn star name" web article a few days ago.

They should at least give her 10 column inches to assure appropriate coverage.

She's only there once now, there were two links to the article earlier. Don't whip Aisleyne's skirt away!

Anyway, current poll results (top three)...

Bai Lin 24%
Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace 17%
Jordan 12%

I don't know whether it's a good thing to win this or not!

Bai Lin won the vote and is featured in a new article today. Perhaps we should've voted for Aisleyne after all!

http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2004070003-2007140207,00.html

However, Bai Lin's skirt is very short indeed!
