I just stumbled on this report about Michael Jackson who apparently is being sued again by a family who say he is responsible for their mothers death. Reading on it tells you that MJ was admitted to hospital for flu symptoms and he was given the bed of a woman who had had a heart attack. She subsequently had another and died. The family have decided Michael is to blame.

Reading it, it's possible they could sue the medical centre if this woman was kicked out of a bed to make way for MJ, but I can't see that they can bring him into it.
