By the looks of it my guess is that this is the Annual General Meeting of the LBD Appreciation Society. If Aisleyne is the chairperson and Imogen the secretary, maybe the third girl is the treasurer?

Yes, if it wasn't for the second part I wouldn't have known if "butters" was good or bad
Personally, I agree with Ash. It's an awful photo of her - primarily because of the expression they captured 
Of course, there are enough lovely photos around to know Ash has nothing to worry about in the looks department
