Aisleyne is pictured on page 34 of today's Daily Star sunday edition wearing her orange dress with an accompanying piece on the launch of her new clothes range

"Former Big Brother star Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace has designs on becoming the next Vivienne Westwood.

The raunchy glamour babe grabbed the chance to design her own fashion collection late last year.

And the range - Unique by Aisleyne - is already taking the fashion world by storm......"

The photo is captioned "Dress to Thrill".

The article also mentions that Aisleyne has been asked to design another collection for the next London Fashion Week in September.

I tell you I am so excited for Ash I am so thankful she has been given this opportunity and this natural gift. I knew it would open up more doors, she's a fashion icon.

Well done Ash.

How good too, and how telling, that Aisleyne appears in the Daily Star in an article, and a picture, about her clothes rather than the absence of them

The story is up on dailystar.co.uk

Here's the link

She's not wearing one of her dresses though.

She does in the actual newspaper.

That's a good write up, and it's good that she's been asked to do a further range.

But let's see the swimwear range from this collection first, eh?

"The next Vivienne Westwood" , eh? A laudable ambition, I'd say.

Though if she achieves that objective , here's a pic of Aisleyne circa the year 2046

I wonder if she actually said she wanted to be the next Vivienne Westword no disrespect but I don't dig Vivienne's designs, but then again fashion is an acquired taste. Aisleyne should be IMHO the one and only Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace fashion icon and designer. It's kind of an honor though because Vivenne is respected. I just wish Ash the best, I hope it is true about London fashion week, it will be great to see models walking down the catwalk in her designs and then to see her come on at the end, as they do in fashion shows. I wonder which celebrities have approached her already apart from the people we already know. This is positive for Ash. I hope she gets the opportunity to write a fashion column and to present something about fashion on a mainstream channel if she wants of course. Red TV will do for now it's a great place to start out.

Whether Aisleyne said it or, as I suspect, it was a Daily Star "extrapolation" I don't think we are meant to draw any erm "stylistic" conclusions. I think it's more a matter of being "as successful as" Dame Vivienne W.

Hmm ... DAME Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace - it has a certain RING to it, n'est-ce pas?

To be compared with Vivienne Westwood at such an early stage is one hell of a complement.
