I'm glad the pain has subsided now.

Will you still be attending that Manchester thing? Any more details?

Hi Aisleyne,

Having heard the extent of damage to your hand from your description on your radio show, I prescribe calcium, which you need to repair bone. I understand that it is difficult to cook with one hand so here is an idea.

Have a glass of non-fat milk every morning and/or a non-fat yoghurt. Get some ready to eat mackerel and fresh salad. Vitamin C and D is needed to absorb the calcium, so the mackerel is perfect as it contains vitamin D and calcium in the soft bones. The salad should provide the vitamin C.

If you know someone who can make Akees and Saltfish for you, that would also be good. Ask Prince Diamond about this as it sounds that he also needs to address his diet.

Remember that too much calcium will make you drowsy and the body can not absorb a lot at one time, so do not over do it and get plenty of rest.

Hope your healed up soon,
Luv Interested Ob.
