| Hi Ash. Good to see you online.  The show is fantastic lately, no criticisms here. I hope you didn't think my post a couple of weeks ago was too harsh, if you read it. I was worried after I heard you were a bit nervous about how you were doing. It's all fine and it's great to hear you every week.
The only thing is, us lot need to help you more by responding more to the discussion topics being brought up. I think the chat can be a bit fast-moving, so maybe more use could be made out of the actual email feature, so you could read the messages at your leisure? Just a thought. xxxx |

You're doing a tremendous job on the radio. You are a natural.
I do like some of the music, but I'm a rocker really, so if you could have at least one guitar based track each week, that would make my day. 
Loved the Red Hot Chilli Peppers track you played a week ago, but anything with an electric guitar would be fine. Hope you have a great week

Hi Ash. I think you're doing great on the show and have improved loads. The last two weeks especially have had a more professional feel to them, and this weeks was definitely the best so far, you were very funny when chatting with Lisa.
The big problem for me is the hum, but I know there isn't much you can do about that. One area of improvement are the discussion topics. I think you sound more interesting when talking about stuff you have experience of, such as when you talked about gun crime or body image issues. You've lived an interesting life and have seen a side of society that most people won't have encoountered and I think the more you can talk about that, as well as other life experiences, and the more you can relate the topics you discuss to these life experiences, the more insightful your comments and the more you will draw people into a discussion.
Anyway, best of luck with the show and everything else you do
