Red Pages is the authoritative in celebrity contacts and celebrity news, providing the information used by all the media and communications professionals in the UK. The Red Pages database contains over 16,000 international celebrities, including actors, musicians, models, comedians, footballers, reality stars and industry leaders.

Red Pages has just reviewed Aisleyne's status and changed her entry.

She's now shown simply in Red Pages as 'Aisleyne', without her surname. (Her full name is now shown as an alias within her entry). Aisleyne has now joined a small band, which includes Bono, Caprice and Madonna, in being listed simply by her first name.

Aisleyne is described in Red Pages as a "Model and reality star who launched fashion label Unique by Aisleyne in 2008".

I note that all the latest additions to the Unique Collections website refer simply to "Aisleyne".

The advantage of having such a distinctive name.

"Unique" in fact.

Not just a name, it's now a global BRAND.

Remember when I asked Ash about her name in "Ask Aisleyne" ; her answer was very interesting about its origins.

My added comment was quite prescient about the brand, though I was rather way off about the product line.

So far anyway............

Well unless our Ash has managed to fit a diving trip to the Great Barrier Reef into the last couple of week's schedule there would appear to be another one...

I don't know how long the typo in the caption will last, but at the moment Getty Images have a picture of Arlene Phillips at last nights TRIC Awards in which they call her "Aisleyne Phillips"

ETA
They've picked up the error from Filmmagic.
