Jack said in the Diary Room in Nominations that it was 'like being arrested' and he then said that he had never been arrested...However, on Digital Spy there is a thread that has been removed for Legal Reasons entitled ' Jack Tweedy on Bail?'  Obviously something being covered up here....

The Crown Prosecution Service has defended a decision to bring forward a court case against Jack Tweed, boyfriend of Big Brother star Jade Goody, so he could appear with her in the latest celebrity version of the reality TV show.

Jack Tweed, of Roebuck Lane, Buckhurst Hill, will make a special plea to magistrates when he returns to court for sentencing next month
