you were great last time you rang up. I rang up last week and it is scary but just remember that aisleyne is easy to speak to because she is and for me thats enough to now give me confidence to ring again and I might do it again tomorrow, haven't decided yet |

I am really nervous. When i am in a show and i have to go and perform infront of loadsa people, i dont really get nervous. But i'm so nervous about talking to Ash coz shes my idol. But i really wanna talk to her xxxx |

Next week on the other hand is one of the few Thursdays I have off so I'm hoping to give it a go then

| Heres an old stage trick....
Put lip salve or vaseline on your lips if you are nervous and you need to speak up in public....it stops your mouth/lips drying.
Always smile when phoning.
