Well tonight (20th August) it was Aisleyne's turn to be nominated by rapper Young Spray(Mr RTM), so head to her Instagram account to view a series of 5 videos documenting the event. http://instagram.com/aisleyne1 You'll have to put up with a certain amount of squealing, but there is the compensation of a very wet tee-shirt. Ash then nominated her friends Nicola McLean and Maria Fowler for the challenge.
