Keswick to Barrow is a long, long hike, and its not exactly flat either. Good luck both :-)

Good luck to both walkers. I hope you meet up. If you both wear a flashing beacon on your heads, that should do the trick.

hey everyone.. this is how the walk went if you are intersted. i set of at 5:35 am. my feet started hurting half way. i was walking with my brother jordan and uncle who were walking like 1000 miles an hour  lol. i got back into barrow at about 5:36 pm( 2 hours earlies that last year    i think lol. i finished it in 12 hours. My feet were killing!! i got a medal and this card saying how long i took to get to each check point. i then sat down when i got up i couldnt walk, and still cant lol. i waited for my auntie, sister and friend to come in. my sister gave up after walking 35 miles. she had that hyperfermia thing. it was my aunties 3rd time trying- and she did it, im dead proud of her, and azam friend of the family finished it for the 3rd time. i saw this women faint she was just lying on the floor. i got back and fell asleep in the bath lol. when i was getting in the car, i couldnt get in lol, and i fell out!! haha lol. i woke up this morning really stiff, and i cant bend my legs lol. but it was all worth it

Congratulations to Sophie and all her family members who finshed the walk.

I'm told it's a hilly area and the weather wasn't the best. It must have been tough for you all. I hope your sister's OK now. Congratulations to your uncle and brother Jordan. They must have made it in roughly 2 and a half minutes at 1000 miles per hour . I'm glad you managed to get in your car and never drowned in the bath.

I once had really stiff legs after running a marathon. 2 days later I went alone to see Derby play a night game at Millwall when their hooligans were really busy. I remember limping slowly past each tree and hoping not to see Millwall fans jumping out of it. I hope you can walk more comfortably soon. Congratulations on getting an improved time and for getting out to support a good cause.
