Aisleyne said last week on her show that she was happy to take song requests as she has a particular taste in music but wanted it to be our show too. So I thought it might be a good idea for open a thread for some requests, and if we're lucky enough Ash might get them on for us!

I'd like to hear Ghetto Superstar but I think she's already noted that down. I like Survivor by Destiny's Child too because I remember it was used on one of Ash's Youtube fan videos and so it always reminds me of her now.

That's a good idea! We'll bring this thread to the attention of the appropriate people.

Anyway, I'd like Kick Push by Lupe Fiasco please.

Do you think Aisleyne would play "SILLY GAMES" by Janet Kay. I guess she would like that blast from the past. I also think "911" by Mary J Blige & Wyclef Jean would be good.

Ash this is a special request. Please could you play "Your love is king" by Sade

It would be nice if you could dedicate it to me and my family.

Aisleyne, could you possiby play anything by any of the following artistes?

50 Cent (Candy shop)

Lil Chris (Sweet shop)

Geri Halliwell (especially if she ever did a cover version rof Terence Trent Darby's "Sign Your Name Across My Heart" )

Why not just play some Stevie Wonder and let the tribute band have the night off.

Not a lot. He owes her though, cos she got their launch some decent column inches in the paper. Maybe he should be a guest on her show to make up for it. He could offer one of his silly hats as a competition prize. Second prize two silly hats.

I don't suppose "Underneath the Arches" by Flanagan and Allen would be consistent with the Invincible playlist? It IS "Urban", and addresses social deprivation and homelessness, after all.

Great idea, Also, it looks like Aisleyne might be a Rollin' Stones fan when she does the tongue think.

For the next show, I would like to request
"Anytime You Need a Friend" by Mariah Carey.
Our younger members have mentioned just how much Aisleyne means to them, how caring she is and how they feel they can confide in her.
I'd like to think that this works both ways. As we're still unaware what happened to Ash, I'd like to think she'd gain comfort from the fact that her fans have not deserted her, care about her and worry about what happens to her.
Ash is a fan of Mariah Carey. I think that this song would be appropriate.
