And where IS the chatroom then? - they'll need to get their skates on to publicise it before Thursday or there'll just be a select few of Aisleyne's core supporters who'll have her all to themselves ........hmm .....as I was saying........good idea! |

| First, apologies for delay in this post - v.busy today. Not sure if Aisleyne will be online in a chatroom at NW - there seems to have been a delay in getting the message boards and chatrooms together. However, I can give you a general idea of what IS already firmed for Thursday. It's proposed that Aisleyne will film three interviews. Have got agreed script of questions, but wouldn't want to spoil things by posting here. Best to just say that each of the three interviews has a theme - New Look, Fashion, and Beauty. Aisleyne, the NW Editor. Ash will also be putting together a gallery of big name celebs, and providing her honest opinions on their outfits, makeup etc. This likely to be seen both online and in the magazine. NW are also obviously going to be taking a few snaps of Aisleyne's outfit, makeup etc on Thursday. So, even if chatroom not ready, a busy day for Ash. Then afterwards Aisleyne will be going onto to store opening as other thread. She won't be staying toooo long there as needs an early night, ready for v.important and exciting Friday...........(VERY hush hush). |

| If I'm reading the runes correctly, this is looking like a major coup for Aisleyne.
She is effectively joining the NW editorial team for the day. We have (OK - I have) been eagerly anticipating some kind of "makeover shoot" appearing in the NW mag. But surely this is something altogether bigger (if not quite as immediately eye-catching).
We saw on BB7 that Aisleyne has real empathy and an instinctive aptitude for "counselling". Her advice column in more has reinforced her cv in that regard.
It also became clear both then and since that she has inherited her mother's "eye" for clothes and accessorising, and while her style hasn't always met with universal approval, it has never been ignored!
On the beauty front, remember the care and attention she gave to arch-enemy Jayne's make-up for J's eviction. Not to mention her never-to-be-forgotten-foot-in-the-basin morning make-up sessions transforming herself from ...erm..."sometimes slightly sub-optimal" to totally stunning.
It seems that NW recognise the potential of all this, and I hope it signals the direction in which Aisleyne's career can go in the longer term.
After all, a glamour model's career span is pretty much the same as, say, a footballer's - and there are very very few "Sheringhams" in either game! Aisleyne, at 28, is rather like the footballer who makes their international breakthrough at their playing peak rather than as the "teenage wonder" a la Rooney. Still plenty of big tournaments to play, but it's as well to be thinking about what comes after.
I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing the results of Thursday's events. AND what it might lead to......

Believe Sunday Express took it's pix, and also believe that Aisleyne attended the Vagabond store launch in evening - I had indicated in thread that it would only be a brief visit, in any case. Ash didn't say otherwise, and she was certainly back home and in front of telly by 21:00 to watch and report on BB8 show. Afterwards Ash immediately emailed her blog to Reveal and was straight off to bed - she needed to be up early today - all v.v.important and also v.v.hush hush. Think Aisleyne will be running on adrenalin and red bull by time she makes the stage at Jumpin Jaks tonight. |
