Aisleyne will be appearing in the BBC1 Programme, Test The Nation.

She'll be competing in a group of reality show contestants.

Don't immediately have transmission date - believe though that the programme airs in August.

I wonder which group will win? Most probably the surgeons, so the clairvoyants won't bother turning up as they already know they'll lose.

I see there's a "surname Wallace" team as well! Could be divided loyalties. Some of her reality team-mates might suspect sabotage (except Imogen of course )

Thanks, I didn't make the connection there! I reckon she should switch to that team, as I doubt the reality TV contestants will do too well.

Excellent. I'll tune in for that.

IIRC, Aisleyne put herself forward as the HM who had done worst in BB7's IQ tests, whereas it turned out to be Susie (to most people's surprise).

On p55 of today's Daily Star, Mike Ward briefly talks about this show in his column. The only contestants he mentions are Aisleyne and BB8's Shabnam (who he rather unfairly compares to Freddie Mercury!).

Danny Wallace, the co-presenter tonight, was on BBLB during week 10 last year, sticking up for Aisleyne and backing her to win

Hopefully, if Aisleyne gets a chance to speak tonight, it's with him rather than Cruella de Ville.

Surely he's got to speak to a fellow Wallace. They might even find out they're related or something.

I think Derek Laud from BB6 was sitting behind Aisleyne; Maxwell from BB6 was in the front row.

I'm sure I heard her say "oh my god" during the chat with Derek (bit odd to ask him about driving when he was convicted of drunk driving in the USA).

And she did a great open mouthed expression when the Castaway lady was given her score.

She looks very pretty!

Neither of the recent BBers got a look in either. There seemed to be a slight bias towards BBC reality TV programmes with all those Apprentice contestants who featured.

That was a pity. Good to see her on TV though. Next time she must have a speaking part. Good also to see her in generally civilized company in the reality TV team, who earned a respectable score. She could have been in the Wallace team, who never did so well. I would have put her in the celebrity team.

Aisleyne looked amazing earlier tonight, and I love how descriptive her facial expressions are when she is reacting to something!

I gave up on the IQ test after about 20 questions, because I realised it was going to be long and boring. Also there are some obvious flaws in the quiz as well (the morphed photos section of the quiz would have been biased to those familiar with celebrities beforehand). At the time I gave up, I was getting roughly 2 out of 3 right, which probably meant I was going to be average at about 100. I couldn't have been trying hard as I have got over 120 on past test the nation quizzes.

They spoke to Derek and Eugene. Derek still makes me laugh.

I had a similar problem Swipey. My 79 year old mother in law paid us a late visit and couldn't stop talking over the questions. After a while I gave up trying to listen. My wife, being female, was more equipped to multi-task.

My mother-in-law asked me to point out Aisleyne to her and was shocked how much she had changed in a year. Like the rest of my family, she regularly claims that I am "obsessed with Aisleyne. I reckon (with good reason) she suspects that Aisleyne and I might be having an affair. It was refreshing for someone else in the family to show an interest in Ash, even if she did mess up the test.

That's answered in the Test the Nation article that OA has just added to the TV & Radio section...

Thanks Maringo. How rude not to tell Ash her score!

I've finally had time to watch this now.

I scored 49/70 which was 106 IQ.

Must have been an off-day, though. The last IQ test I took was on the Tickle website which scored me 140. Mind you, that one didn't have a time limit

Regards

Julian
